  • An official receipt (from Small Nation Inc.) will be emailed immediately to the email address you enter when you complete your purchase. This is the only receipt you will receive. Sometimes our emails get snagged in spam filters. If the email receipt does not show up in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder or in the Promotions tab. If you find the email in your Spam/Junk folder, please mark it as not spam to help prevent this from happening again. Also, please add both shopifyemail.com and smallnation1@gmail.com to your contacts. Thank you.
  • All transactions are in Canadian dollars.
  • Your transaction is with Small Nation Inc., which owns and operates My Word Books.
  • You do not have to open an account to place an order.
  • Multiple-title orders are combined on one invoice for greater savings!
  • We do not collect or store your card numbers—we never have access to your complete card numbers or your banking information. All orders are processed through Shopify, a Canadian ecommerce provider.
  • We do not share, rent, or sell your contact information. 
  • Shipping costs are applied to all orders. For most orders delivery is typically within 6 business days. All book orders are shipped via FedEx or Canada Post by Friesens, our fulfillment agent in Manitoba.
  • GST is applied to all orders.
  • For orders larger than 499 copies, please contact us before placing your order.
  • All purchases are non-returnable, except for books that arrive damaged. Please contact us about damaged books ASAP.
  • Customers outside Canada, please contact us by email.

  • Need to Postpone a Shipment? After you have entered the quantity of books in the CART, please indicate the preferred week for delivery in the text box "Special Instructions for Seller."
